We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. This policy applies to e-bikes, electric mopeds (e-mopeds), batteries and related accessories sold on this website.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, unassembled, with all accessories and manuals, and in its original packaging. You will also need your order number or proof of purchase. Items that have been assembled, ridden, installed, or modified are not eligible for return unless they are defective.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact us at mike@drpowr.com with your order number, the item(s) concerned, and the reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide the return address and shipping instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Customized or special-order products
- E-bikes or e-mopeds that have been assembled or used
- Batteries that show any sign of damage, swelling, or have been installed
- Worn parts such as tires, brake pads and chains (except for manufacturing defects covered by warranty)
- Gift cards
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective, or damaged in transit), we will cover the return shipping cost. For any other approved return, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. For defective or incorrect items, we will exchange the item or provide replacement parts free of charge.
EU/UK 14-Day Withdrawal Right
If your order is being shipped to the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
Your Legal Rights
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under the consumer protection laws of your country or region. Where a mandatory consumer protection law applies — including the Australian Consumer Law for customers in Australia, and the EU/UK 14-day withdrawal right for customers in the EU and UK — that law prevails over this policy.
